    Brief Introduction of Shallow Flotation Products
    Characteristics of shallow air flotation
    1. Effective water depth 400-500 mm.
    2. Hydraulic retention time (3-5min).
    3. The purification amount is large, that is, the surface load is high.
    4. The battlefield area is small, the unit load is light, all prefabricated components are assembled, no operation room is required, and the equipment can be installed overhead or combined in multiple layers.

    6. Purification degree, high suspended matter removal rate of more than 90%.
    7. The device adopts RFA type dissolved gas system to apply for a national patent (Patent No. 86209296). It has a clever structure, a gas dissolving efficiency of up to 90%, and a volume that is only one-fifth of that of a general dissolved gas system.
    Main structure of shallow air flotation
    RQF type high efficiency shallow air flotation device integrates coagulation, air flotation, slag skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. The overall cylindrical, compact structure, shallow pool. The main body of the device consists of five parts: pool body, rotary water distribution mechanism, molten gas release mechanism, frame mechanism, water collection mechanism, etc. The water inlet, the water outlet and the scum outlet are all concentrated in the central area of the pool body, and the water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism and the dissolved gas release mechanism are tightly connected with the frame and rotate around the center of the pool body. This device provides complete equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, so that the equipment can reach the best running state.
    RQF shallow air flotation equipment
    In the process of water treatment, solid-liquid separation technology and its equipment are one of the key projects. Air flotation is one of the most effective methods to remove fine suspended particles whose specific gravity is close to water. The equipment is widely used in water supply and drainage engineering.

    IV. Main working principle of shallow air flotation products
           Flotation separation technology refers to the air and water under a fixed pressure condition, so that the gas dissolved in water to the maximum extent, and strive to be in a saturated state, and then the pressure dissolved gas water formed through the release of reduced pressure, resulting in a large number of fine bubbles, and suspended floc in the water fully contact, so that suspended floc in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float to the water surface with bubbles, form scum and scrape scum, thus purifying water quality.

    V. Shallow air flotation process flow
    Raw water flows in through the central pipe at the bottom of the pool after flocculation and mixing. The scum on the surface of the water is collected by the skimmer and then discharged into the central sludge tank. The matched sludge discharge device is arranged. The sludge settled at the bottom of the pool is collected by the scraper and discharged into the sludge discharge tank. The clean water is collected and discharged by the central water collection mechanism.
    Flocculated raw water refers to raw water formed by adding flocculant PAC or PAM(PAC is 400-1000mg /I, PAM is about 1/5 of PAC) to raw water and effectively flocculating for 10- 1/5 minutes. Specific dosage and flocculation time, flocculation effect must be determined by experiment.
    VI. Main Mechanism of Shallow Air Flotation
    RQF type high efficiency shallow air flotation device integrates coagulation, air flotation, slag skimming, precipitation and mud scraping into a whole, which is cylindrical in shape, compact in structure and shallow in pool. The main body of the device consists of five parts: pool body, rotary water distribution mechanism, dissolved gas release mechanism, frame mechanism, water collection mechanism, etc. The water inlet, the water outlet and the scum outlet are all concentrated in the central area of the pool body, and the water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism and the dissolved gas release mechanism are tightly connected with the frame and rotate around the pool body.
    This device provides complete equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, so as to make the equipment reach the best operating state (see Figure 1 and Figure 2 for details).
