The process flow ofcontainerized sewage treatment equipment isdescribed as follows:

1, regulation tank (customer built): collection and storage of sewage, water and water quality regulation.

2. Lift pump: Set lift pump in regulating tank to automatically lift sewage to AD-JZ integrated sewage treatment equipment.

Grille: sewage often contains a lot of debris, in order to ensure the normal operation of the system, all kinds of fibers, slag, waste paper and other debris must be intercepted outside the system, so set up a grille in front of the system, regularly clean up the grid slag.

4, anoxic tank: its role is to let the macromolecular substances decomposed into small molecules of easily decomposed substances, improve the B/C ratio of wastewater. In addition, denitrification can be achieved through denitrification. This section is based on raw water quality and discharge standards.

5, aerobic tank: the tank for the core part of sewage treatment, divided into two sections, the former section in the higher organic load, through a large number of different species of microbial communities attached to the filler under the participation of biochemical degradation and adsorption, to remove various organic substances in the sewage, so that the organic content in the sewage greatly reduced. In the latter stage, under the condition of low organic load, ammonia nitrogen in sewage is degraded under the condition of sufficient oxygen through the action of nitrifying bacteria, and the COD value in sewage is reduced to a lower level, so that sewage can be purified.

6, MBR reaction tank: different structures of submerged flat membrane bioreactor (MBR) components, it is set in the aeration tank, after aerobic aeration and biological treatment of water filtration membrane (pore size 0.1um) filtered by the pump can be directly discharged or reused. Because its effluent is not affected by sludge settling conditions, it can keep the tank running under the conditions of high volume load and long sludge age, which greatly improves the process conditions of biological oxidation, improves the degradation efficiency of organic matter, and omits the secondary settling tank to achieve excellent and stable effluent.

7. Disinfection: According to the requirements of effluent water, the system is designed with disinfection device, which generally adopts clean and simple ultraviolet sterilization method, and disinfectant dosing method can also be selected.

8. Supporting electromechanical equipment room: suction pump, fan and electric control cabinet are installed in the equipment room. The whole system runs automatically under PLC control and protects the equipment. All power equipment is used for equipment, fault automatic switching, keep equipment normal operation.
